Pastores Dabo Vobis is the contemporary authoritative document that is used to underpin all aspects of formation for the priesthood. The document provides a framework that offers equal attention to the four main areas of formation –

The formation team of the seminary works with each candidate individually and collectively to ensure that all aspects of formation are integrated into the seminarians’ life during his and their time in the seminary. The formation program emphasises that the candidate for the priesthood becomes a life long learner to continually develop according to the teaching of Pastores Dabo Vobis.
